Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across international projects. This is a fully remote role based in Greece, with work from home flexibility and a remote-friendly setup.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, maintain CRM records and escalate complex cases. The compensation is €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus up to 20% performance bonus, plus relocation support.

Qualifications

• Danish language level: C1/C2.
• English language level: B2–C1, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.

Job description

We are looking for Danish-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.

Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Danish – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
