• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators such as deployment speed, quality, and efficiency to measure program success.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure contractual obligations and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Position: Network Deployment and Operations Engineer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $110–$135/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational guidance for IP or Optical network deployments to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Facilitate technical discussions with cross-functional teams to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and drive innovation.
• Build and execute comprehensive deployment program scopes, schedules, and resource allocations for successful project delivery.

• Excellent program management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
