• Assist in achieving membership growth, profitability, and retention goals through prospecting, sales support, and consultant relationship management

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Cigna Healthcare products, services, and integrated solutions
• Partner with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, Pricing, Service Operations, and Sales Effectiveness teams to support sales initiatives
• Collaborate with Advocacy and account teams to develop customer-focused growth strategies
• Support regional and national sales initiatives through research, planning, and coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the healthcare or managed care industry, including sales support, account management, underwriting, financial analysis, marketing, or operations
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
• Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for occasional or permanent work from home
