Rentschler Biopharma SE is seeking an MSAT Engineer (m/f/d) in Laupheim, Germany. You will support process development across early, late, and commercial stages and lead internal optimization projects.

Collaboration with the Process Manager and strong GMP practices are essential. The role requires a Master’s in Biotechnology or Bioprocess Engineering or equivalent, plus fluent German and English, and a high degree of initiative.

• Prepare teleconferences and meetings; document, evaluate, and verify process/analytical data.
• Create, maintain, and evaluate trend tables; review GMP documents.
• Assist deviations and change processes; participate in focus groups for optimization; revise concepts and SOPs.

As an MSAT Engineer (m/f/d), you will support the project work in the Early, Late, and Commercial Stage phases in close collaboration with the Process Manager. Furthermore, you will have the chance to independently work on internal optimization projects. Your commitment and expertise will significantly contribute to the development and efficiency enhancement of our processes.

Tasks and responsibilities

Preparation of teleconferences and face-to-face meetings Documentation, evaluation, and verification of process and analytical data Creation, maintenance, and evaluation of trend tables Creation and review of GMP documents Support in handling deviations and change processes Participation/coordination/leadership of focus groups in the context of optimization projects Revision of concepts and SOPs
