Job summary

HCLTech Germany is seeking an experienced ERP consultant to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM implementations focused on manufacturing and master planning. You will run workshops, gather requirements, and drive fit-gap analyses with production and supply chain teams.

You will configure Production Control, Master Planning, BOMs, and Inventory/Warehouse Management, while optimizing scheduling, capacity planning, and shop-floor execution. Strong client-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ERP consulting experience with Dynamics 365 FSCM or AX 2012.
• 3–4 full-cycle ERP/D365 implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in Production Control, Master Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, and Production Scheduling.
• Experience with BOMs, Routes & Resource Management, and Inventory/WMS.
• Experience in data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional, client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM) Manufacturing and Master Planning implementations.
• Conduct business process workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis with production, planning, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, BOMs, Routes, Resource Groups, and Production Parameters.
• Design and optimize production scheduling, capacity planning, finite scheduling, and shop-floor execution processes.
• Create functional design documents, process flows, solution documentation, and support integration, customization, and data migration activities.
• Lead testing activities (SIT/UAT/SAT), cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare support, and user training.
• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project estimation, governance, and quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM or Dynamics AX 2012, specializing in Manufacturing and Planning.
• Proven experience in at least 3-4 full-cycle ERP/D365 implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Production Control
• Master Planning (MRP)
• Capacity Planning
• Production Scheduling (Operation & Job Scheduling)
• Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Routes & Resource Management
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Experience configuring and supporting discrete, process, or mixed-mode manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning workspaces, reporting, analytics, and manufacturing best practices within D365 FSCM.
• Experience in data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a client-facing consulting environment.
