Zusammenfassung

Arineo Group in Deutschland sucht eine/n Berater/in für Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM mit Schwerpunkt Fertigung und Logistik. Sie beraten Kunden bei Implementierung, Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der Software und analysieren Produktions- und Logistikprozesse, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.

Sie entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte basierend auf Geschäftsanforderungen, führen Workshops durch und schulen Anwender.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ Jahre Beratungserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, Fokus Fertigung/Logistik.
• Kenntnisse in Produktionsmanagement, Produktionsplanung, Lagerortung/Bestandsführung sowie Zeit- und Abwesenheitsmanagement.
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Vorgehensweise bei komplexen Fragestellungen; Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln.
• Interesse an eigener kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung und Bereitschaft, Wissen mit Kollegen zu teilen.
• Deutsch mindestens C1 und gutes Englisch.
• Interesse an KI-Lösungen und Einsatz neuer digitaler Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung.

Aufgaben

• Beratung unserer Kunden zu Implementierung, Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM in Produktion und Logistik
• Analyse von Produktions- und Logistikprozessen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungsansätze basierend auf Geschäftsanforderungen von Dynamics 365 FSCM
• Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zur sicheren und effizienten Nutzung der Software
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams für erfolgreiche Implementierungen

Your mission

• Advising our clients on the implementation, customization, and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM in production and logistics
• Analyzing production and logistics processes and identifying specific opportunities for optimization
• Developing customized solution concepts based on business requirements and Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM
• Conducting workshops and user training sessions to ensure the safe and efficient use of the software
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure successful implementations

Your profile

• 3+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, with a focus on manufacturing and/or logistics
• Knowledge of production management, production planning, warehouse location and/or inventory management, as well as time and attendance management
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to complex issues, as well as the ability to communicate complex topics in a way that is tailored to the target audience
• Interest in your own continuous professional development and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
• German at least at the C1 level and good English skills
• Active engagement with AI solutions and the use of new digital tools to make your work life more efficient
