Job summary

Arineo Group sucht eine erfahrene Beraterin bzw. Berater für Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM mit Schwerpunkt auf Fertigung und Logistik in Deutschland.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Kundenteams, analysieren Prozesse, entwickeln Lösungskonzepte, führen Workshops durch und unterstützen Implementierungen. Deutsch C1 und Englisch erforderlich; KI-Tools willkommen.

Qualifications

• 3+ Jahre Beratungserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, Fokus Fertigung/Logistik.
• Kenntnisse in Produktionsmanagement, Produktionsplanung, Lagerlogistik, Bestandsverwaltung, Zeit- und Anwesenheitsmanagement.
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und klare Kommunikation komplexer Themen.
• Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung und Wissensaustausch im Team.
• Deutsch mind. C1 und gutes Englisch; Offenheit für KI-Lösungen.

Responsibilities

• Beratung unserer Kunden bei Implementierung, Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Dynamics 365 FSCM in Produktion und Logistik.
• Analyse von Produktions- und Logistikprozessen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungskonzepte basierend auf Geschäftsanforderungen.
• Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für sicheren, effizienten Softwareeinsatz.
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams für erfolgreiche Implementierungen.

Your profile

• 3+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, with a focus on manufacturing and/or logistics
• Knowledge of production management, production planning, warehouse location and/or inventory management, as well as time and attendance management
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to complex issues, as well as the ability to communicate complex topics in a way that is tailored to the target audience
• Interest in your own continuous professional development and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues
• German at least at the C1 level and good English skills
• Active engagement with AI solutions and the use of new digital tools to make your work life more efficient
