Job summary

Arineo Group is seeking an experienced D365 FSCM consultant to drive optimization in production and logistics. You will plan and run workshops, translate client requirements into Azure DevOps concepts, and lead subprojects with agile methods.

You will collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and travel about 25-50% to client sites in Germany. Excellent German (C1) and English skills are required, with 7+ years of FSCM consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting for Microsoft D365 FSCM with focus on production and logistics.
• Excellent knowledge of production control, planning, warehouse and inventory management, and time/attendance management.
• In-depth industry knowledge in production, planning, MES, and/or logistics.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to complex problems and clear communication.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary project teams and contribute your perspective.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

• Assuming responsibility for subprojects, including coordinating and managing the subproject team using agile project methods


• Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues, as well as sharing knowledge and project experience

• Structured and solution-oriented approach to tackling complex problems and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

• Enthusiasm for your own professional and personal development, as well as that of the team


• German language skills at a minimum C1 level and good English skills


• Active engagement with AI solutions and the use of new digital tools to make your work life more efficient
