Job summary

FORMEL SKIN, part of the VOY family in Berlin, seeks a Motion Designer to bring our brand and healthcare products to life through compelling motion graphics and video content across channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to craft concepts, edit videos, and optimize assets for performance while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role within a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and experience creating performance-oriented creative assets for social media and paid advertising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Visual Storytelling: Translate complex dermatological and healthcare topics into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience and strengthen brand trust.
• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to develop creative concepts and bring campaigns to life through dynamic motion design.
• Video Production Support: Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in quality, branding, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Performance-Driven Creative Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and refine creative assets based on campaign performance data and audience insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver high-impact creative projects on time and at scale.

As a Motion Designer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in bringing our brand, products, and mission to life through compelling visual storytelling. Working closely with our Marketing, Brand, Product, and Creative teams, you will create engaging motion graphics and video content that educates, inspires, and converts across multiple digital channels.

Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality motion assets that strengthen our brand presence, support customer acquisition efforts, and enhance the user experience across our marketing and product ecosystem.
