Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced procurement professional to own the end-to-end process from requirements to signed contracts and renewals. You will drive cost-saving through vendor negotiations, market benchmarking, and license optimization while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure policy compliance.

The role requires hands-on handling of indirect spend, strong 1C ERP and Jira skills, and the ability to manage multiple renewals under tight deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on procurement experience in indirect categories end-to-end.
• Proven track record negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Experience running RFQ/RFP processes and TCO analyses.
• Strong knowledge of 1C ERP, Jira, and advanced Google Sheets.
• Understanding of commercial contract terms and cross-functional workflows.
• Ability to prioritize many requests and renewals under tight deadlines.
• Upper-Intermediate English; Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a plus.

• Build vendor relationships and resolve disputes and escalation issues.

• Own the end-to-end procurement pipeline from requirements through signed contracts and renewals
• Drive cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives through vendor negotiations, volume consolidation, and license optimization
• Review active agreements for commercial risks, redundant tools, and renegotiation opportunities
• Track and report spend metrics, realized savings, vendor performance, and contract renewal pipelines
• Translate stakeholder requests into procurement requirements and specifications
• Conduct market research, identify alternative vendors, and benchmark market pricing
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and prepare total-cost-of-ownership comparative analyses
• Manage vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract routing, and execution
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to resolve contract bottlenecks and maintain policy compliance
• Manage tracking, subscription renewals, non-renewals, and administrative records across 1C ERP and Jira
• Advise internal teams on procurement limits and approval workflows
• Build vendor relationships, resolve operational and billing disputes, and escalation performance failures

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on procurement experience managing indirect categories end-to-end
• Proven track record independently negotiating favorable commercial terms, pricing, and SLA structures
• Experience running structured RFQ/RFP processes and conducting total-cost-of-ownership evaluations
• Strong working knowledge of 1C ERP systems, Jira, and advanced Google Sheets (formulas, data modeling)
• Practical understanding of commercial contract terms and cross-functional sign-off workflows involving Legal, InfoSec, and Finance
• Ability to prioritize dozens of active requests and tight-deadline renewals simultaneously
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian
• Degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain (nice-to-have)
• Experience negotiating SaaS, IT, or digital service contracts (nice-to-have)
• Background in optimizing procurement processes or automating manual purchasing steps (nice-to-have)
