Zusammenfassung

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support a SaaS revenue systems project. Remote role focusing on CRM and revenue systems to improve data integrity, automation, and governance across billing, CPQ, and ticketing.

You will audit and resolve inconsistencies, define business rules, and document system changes to optimize cross-system workflows. Strong English communication is essential; 4–6 years of CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.

Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS)

Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
