YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems in a SaaS environment. This contractor role focuses on CRM and revenue-system operations, data integrity, and governance across multiple platforms.

You will audit configurations, resolve inconsistencies, document changes, and ensure alignment with billing, CPQ, and ticketing workflows while communicating in fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years hands-on Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work
