YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote, contractor role. You will audit CRM and related platforms, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and define governance for cross-system operations.

The role requires 4–6 years on Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with experience leading CRM implementations and strong data reconciliation skills. English communication must be excellent.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
