Zusammenfassung

John Paul Construction is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Germany. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control.

This permanent position offers relocation allowances, a company vehicle or travel allowance, a laptop and phone, and pension benefits. You will work to ensure compliance with industry standards while driving value on data centre

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus on Data Centres.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects.
• Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures.
• Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration.

• Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures
• Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration
• Identify and manage potential risks, variations, and change orders
• Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP focus on Data Centres.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
