Zusammenfassung

TXM Recruit seeks an experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on a complex project. You will review drawings and BIM models to identify clashes and ensure compliance with project requirements.

You''ll coordinate with CSA, design teams and subcontractors, lead coordination meetings, manage RFIs, monitor progress and support QA/QC inspections, commissioning and handover, ensuring quality, safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as an MEP Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects (data centre, pharma, mission-critical).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate BIM models.
• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services.
• Experience with ACC or Procore is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• .Ensure all MEP works are installed in accordance with project requirements and quality standards
