Qualifikationen

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene MFA-Ausbildung oder Praxisassistenten-Ausbildung.

• Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und lösen Probleme proaktiv.

Qualifications / Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or practice assistant
• You practise your vocation with enthusiasm, come to the practice each day with a smile, and love interacting and communicating with people
• Ideally, you already have some initial experience in ophthalmology
• You are resilient, solution‑oriented, proactive and empathetic
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You are a genuine team player
• Excellent German language skills and respectful manners round off your profile
