Job summary

Avi Medical in Berlin is seeking a Medical Assistant (MFA) to join our modern, digitally driven practice. You will help deliver holistic patient care in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include ECGs, lung function testing, ergometry, lab work, and accurate billing. We offer flexible hours, a training budget, 30 days holiday plus birthday, meal allowance, and a collaborative, supportive culture with company shares.

Qualifications

• Completed qualification as MFA or health/nursing care professional.
• Empathy, patient-focused attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
• Interest in training and professional development for MFAs.
• Desire to put new ideas into practice.
• Very good German and basic English skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Holistic patient care: organisational and medical tasks (ECG, lung function tests, ergometry, lab work, blood draws).
• Operate our modern, fully digital practice system (including training at the start).
• Billing of practice services.
• Being there for each other as a team & helping one another.
