Eyemed Berlin invites motivated individuals to join as apprentices to become Medical Assistants (MFA). The program offers learning opportunities in diagnostics, day-case surgery, and self-pay services, with a supportive, team-focused environment.

Start as soon as possible, with flexible hours Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 10:30–14:30. The role emphasizes patient care, appointments, treatments, and administrative duties as you train toward MFA certification.

Qualifikationen

• You aim to become a Medical Assistant (MFA) and are highly motivated to learn the role.
• You have a clear goal to work in ophthalmology and day-case surgery.
• You are solution-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and well organized.
• Excellent German language skills are a must and you value a respectful work environment.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or A-levels (or equivalent)
• You are highly motivated to become an MFA and have a clear goal in mind

• You work independently and in a well-structured manner
• Team cohesion and a harmonious working environment are important to you
• Excellent German language skills and respectful manners round off your profile
