Sie entwickeln neue Konzepte für eine nachhaltige, sichere und effiziente Energiezukunft. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen FEM-Berechnungen und die Optimierung von Komponenten. Der ideale Kandidat hat ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau und sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Produktentwicklung. Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team und bringen fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit. Flexibles Arbeiten ist möglich.

Qualifikationen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Design von GIS/AIS-Antriebskomponenten.
• Tiefe Kenntnisse in dynamischer Analyse und Festigkeitsauswertungen.
• Erfahrung mit FEM-Software.

Aufgaben

• FEM-Berechnungen für Antriebskomponenten durchführen.
• Erstellung dynamischer und statischer Festigkeitsnachweise.
• Komponenten in Bezug auf Festigkeit und Gewicht optimieren.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• With your support in the field of design and product development, you will work in an international team to research the fundamentals of a new generation of products in the field of high-voltage technology.
• Performing FEM calculations and analyses for drive components of Substations
• Creation of dynamic and static strength verifications
• Calculation and design of bolted connections and welded constructions
• Evaluation of fatigue strength and durability of components and structures
• Optimizing components in terms of component strength and weight

What You Bring

• Completed university degree in mechanical engineering
• Very good knowledge in the field of design of GIS / AIS drive components, in the field of fatigue and fatigue strength and relevant standards, such as FKM-Guideline, Eurocode and VDI-Guidelines
• Deep knowledge in dynamic analysis and stress strength evaluations
• Experience with FEM software, such as ANSYS or COMSOL
• Independent, structured and careful way of working as well as ability to work in a team and enjoy working in a competent, committed team
• Fluent in German and English
