Job summary

HR New Media GmbH is seeking an experienced Mechanic/Technician for permanent employment within a dynamic motorsport environment. You will assemble, service and operate cars at events worldwide and at the team base, and build up cars for Rallying and Racing according to request priority.

The ideal candidate has professional motorsport experience, can work under tight deadlines, and communicates in English. You should be a strong team player with flexible working hours and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanic/Technician in a professional Motorsport environment.
• Ability to work to the highest standards and tight deadlines.
• Ideally Rallying or Endurance Racing experience.
• Team player mentality with responsibility and a competitive nature.
• Good English language skills.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Flexible approach to working hours and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, service and operate cars at events around the globe and at the team base.

• Take over responsibility for preparation and modification of cars in the factory and on roll out / events.
