Job summary

aja Resorts Ruhpolding is looking for a committed masseur (m/f/d) to join their team in Germany. You will play a key role in enhancing guest experiences by providing soothing body treatments and massages.

The ideal candidate has training as a state-certified masseur and possesses excellent German and good English skills. The position offers an open-ended contract, competitive pay, flexible working hours, and numerous benefits including health insurance, training opportunities, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a state-certified masseur or medical masseur.
• Experience in the SPA or wellness sector is preferred.
• High service and quality standards are essential.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays if necessary.

• You pamper our guests with soothing body treatments and classic massages, actively contributing to the aja feel-good atmosphere
• With your expert advice, you support our guests in selecting suitable treatments and products
• You work flexibly in the SPA team and, together with your colleagues, ensure that every guest has a harmonious and relaxing experience

This will take you to the top with us

• You have completed training as a state-certified masseur or medical masseur
• Ideally, you already have experience in the SPA or wellness sector
• You are characterised by a natural, friendly charisma and a well-groomed appearance
• High service and quality standards are a matter of course for you
• Flexibility, team spirit and enjoyment of appreciative cooperation are part of your way of working
• Very good German language skills and a good command of English make it easier for you to communicate with our guests
• You are willing to help out at weekends and on public holidays if the volume of guests requires it
