Job description

We're a team that couldn't be more diverse: from seasoned veterans to young up-and-comers and career changers – it's the mix that makes the difference! One person's weaknesses are another's strengths – and it's precisely this combination that makes us strong together. We offer scope for all innovative thinkers, motivators and those who understand our guests. We are #madeforthefuture – the only thing missing is you!

About us:

Here, you're right at the heart of it all! People say we're the leading venue in town. History has been made here since the 12th century, and we're continuing the story. On the one hand, we bring history to life and are always at the forefront of celebrations. On the other hand, we're always coming up with new ideas and are known for our fresh concepts and cool surprises. You'll notice this in our team too: creative ideas are given free rein and successes are celebrated together.

Do you enjoy turning history into new experiences? Then, as a massage therapist (m/f/d) at our Hotel Gothisches Haus Wernigerode, you'll be part of the right team!

Here you can shine

Our SPA team is looking for a creative, open and cheerful reinforcement with their heart in the right place. Do you love creating a special break from everyday life for others? Then you've come to the right place!

What sets you apart

Have you completed vocational training as a masseur/masseuse or physiotherapist and are you a communicative person who thrives on advising our guests? Do you enjoy looking after our entire spa area, including the saunas, sometimes at weekends? Do you love to create a feel-good atmosphere for guests and to pamper and relax them? People who know you say the following about you: Are you a responsible and hard-working team player with a great sense of humour and enjoy life and work? Then we should get to know each other!

What we use to land you

You're more than just a team member – you're part of a community! To ensure you feel completely at home with us as a massage therapist (m/f/d), we offer you a working environment with unbeatable benefits:

• A permanent contract offering you long-term prospects
• Pay above the standard rate, depending on your qualifications
• Travel discounts for our first-class resorts and hotels
• Discounts on food & drink and spa services at all our locations
• Shift swap and support bonuses – we also offer extra recognition for extra commitment
• Anniversary bonuses from as early as your first year of service
• Our employee referral programme rewards you with up to €1,000 gross per referral
• Company-sponsored supplementary health insurance and pension scheme, so you’re covered for all of life’s circumstances
• Free support and coaching services for all life situations with voiio
• In-house training and professional development opportunities, as well as discounted seminars at the Deutsche Hotelakademie
• Exciting career development opportunities within our international group of companies (Germany, Austria, Italy)
• Corporate benefits: discounts from over 1,500 providers of high-quality products and services
• Free staff uniforms – including provision and cleaning
• Our own staff canteen
• We are proud signatories to the Diversity Charter – for us, it's your personality that counts, not your background or CV
