Zusammenfassung

GoodWe is seeking a Marketing Manager for Germany to lead regional marketing activities and campaigns from Munich. You will partner with the Territory Manager Germany and the Marketing Head of Europe & ANZ, coordinating with GoodWe HQ in China to drive growth and brand visibility.

You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and maintain German-language materials across websites, newsletters, collateral, and social channels. A strong cross-border mindset and bilingual fluency are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience coordinating with HQ in China.
• Fluent in German; English required.

Aufgaben

• Plan, manage and control the budget for the Germany region.
• Build and maintain close relationships with our clients; maintain the German language website, newsletter, collateral, and the existing social media platforms.
• Coordinate and work closely with GoodWe headquarters in China.
• Organize and coordinate exhibitions, events, roadshows, conferences, product trainings and new product launch events.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs as well as competition dynamics to derive actions to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Collaborate with Germany sales team & marketing team at HQ.
• Other tasks arranged by leaders who report directly.

You will be the key role for all major marketing activities for Germany and an essential part in positioning GoodWe in the PV market. As a Marketing Manager Germany, you will directly report to our Territory Manager of Germany and Marketing Head of Europe & ANZ and will be located in Munich, Germany.

Your main responsibilities

Your Profile

• A passionate and creative marketing professional with a desire to support the exciting growth phase of GoodWe Europe
• Professional experience with marketing management (3-5 years of marketing experience), ideally in an international environment
• Enjoying cross-border and international cooperation with other departments and marketing colleagues within the Europe region and the Chinese HQ
• Result-oriented and structured way of working as well as the motivation to question the status quo
• Fluent in German and English is a must
