SHINING 3D Latam is seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader to develop and execute European marketing strategies across the company's 3D digitizing product lines. Based in Stuttgart, you will drive GTM plans for launches, align messaging, channels, and sales enablement.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, oversee brand and communications, and lead lead generation to fuel the sales pipeline. Travel up to 20% for events and team meetings; work bilingual in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 5+ years B2B marketing experience in industrial tech sectors.
• Strong English and German communications.
• Experience with marketing budgets and vendor relations.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs in industrial 3D inspection, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with SHINING 3D's worldwide brand strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry associations, media, and influencers in the European market.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for events and team meetings.
