SHINING 3D in Germany is seeking an experienced B2B marketing leader to drive European market success for our 3D digitizing products. You will shape strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and enable sales with compelling messaging.

In this role you will manage budgets, measure ROI, and coordinate with global teams to ensure brand consistency across Europe. Travel up to 20% for events and team meetings may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in 3D scanning, industrial metrology, or related industrial technology sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for events and team meetings.

• Collaborate with global marketing teams to align with SHINING 3D's worldwide brand strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry associations, media, and influencers in Europe.
