We are looking for you as a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to manage varied projects, take responsibility, strengthen processes and lead clients strategically.

As the direct point of contact for our clients, you shape their presence across all online and offline touchpoints—from the idea through to implementation—and provide strategic advice. Whether 360° campaigns, social media, performance marketing, video productions or events, you manage a wide range of projects in the B2B and B2C sectors. Together with the team lead, you work on the agency’s development—from processes and structures to project management standards. You contribute an entrepreneurial mindset and actively help shape the agency. You provide professional leadership to project teams, develop junior colleagues and PMs, and ensure clear task and resource planning. You provide guidance, structure and security. We evolve with the times—you use relevant AI technologies, question existing workflows and bring forward ideas for innovation. You work closely with the project team across strategy, creative, performance marketing and production, and coordinate external service providers and trades. You prepare robust cost estimates, manage project plans, keep budgets and deadlines in view, and ensure end-to-end quality assurance. Using our project management tool, you ensure smooth workflows, transparent communication and a strong project close.

Требования:

Degree or comparable qualification, ideally in business, marketing or communications. At least 5 years of experience in 360° marketing, as well as extensive project management experience in an agency environment, with budget responsibility and client leadership. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and event management. You think in an integrated way—live, digital and performance-oriented. You maintain an overview even on complex projects with multiple partners and manage them confidently. You enjoy developing teams, taking responsibility and helping shape structures. Understanding of modern marketing tools, trends and AI applications. Entrepreneurial-minded, structured, solution-oriented and with a genuine hands-on mentality. Strong communicator, confident in client interactions, team-oriented and strategic thinker. German at native-speaker level and business-fluent English.
