Nordex Group is seeking a Market Intelligence Specialist to coordinate market and competitive intelligence activities across Service, Sales and regional teams. You will transform insights into actionable recommendations and support strategic business decisions in the global wind energy market.

In this international role, you will develop databases and dashboards, improve processes with AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in Market/Competitive Intelligence or related fields.
• Experience in wind energy or industrial B2B is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

For our global Product Strategy & Sales Support (PSSS) department, we are looking for a Market Intelligence Specialist to support strategic business and product decisions. In this international and cross-functional role, you will coordinate market and competitive intelligence activities across multiple business functions and transform insights into actionable recommendations. As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will work closely with Service, Sales, regional organizations, and other stakeholders to strengthen our understanding of the global wind energy market.

YOUR TASKS

• Act as the central point of contact for service-related market and competitive intelligence activities across the organization
• Coordinate intelligence gathering activities with Service, Sales, regional organizations, and external sources
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive analyses of service offerings, business models, and market approaches
• Analyze maintenance concepts, service agreements, warranties, spare parts, and aftermarket solutions of competitors
• Identify market trends, emerging service concepts, and best practices within the global wind energy industry
• Prepare management presentations, decision papers, and strategic recommendations based on market intelligence findings
• Support the development of databases, dashboards, and AI-enabled processes to improve market intelligence capabilities

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, or a related field
• Experience within the wind energy industry or a comparable industrial B2B environment is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data and market information
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional stakeholder networks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as data visualization tools
• Fluent English skills, with German or Spanish language skills considered beneficial
• Ability to travel as required (approx. once every 6 weeks)
