• At least one year of professional experience in IT support, IT service desk, or a comparable role.
• Solid knowledge of networking technologies and hands‑on experience with network hardware, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Initial experience working with SQL databases and a good technical understanding of database structures.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies is considered an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to actively share knowledge and collaborate on solutions.
• Experience with ticketing systems as well as knowledge of Linux/Windows environments, authentication solutions, or troubleshooting tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and resolution of 2nd-level incidents and service requests, including escalation to the appropriate specialist teams when required
• Root cause analysis and sustainable problem resolution through structured troubleshooting in IT, OT, network, and system environments
• Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of knowledge base articles to support global service operations
• Acting as the central point of contact between end users, business departments, and technical teams
• Prioritization of incoming requests and ensuring transparent communication regarding ticket status and progress
• Coordination of cross-functional topics and collaboration with international teams to implement technical solutions
• Contributing to the stability of our global wind energy assets and the continuous improvement of support, service, and ticketing processes
