Job summary

TCL SunPower Global seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will work with the local sales team and the EMEA marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in B2B and channel marketing in an international environment.

This is a 12-month, full-time, remote position with up to 20% travel for events or customer visits. You will help localize materials, monitor campaigns, and coordinate with distributors and partners across German-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in solar industry or technical fields.
• Fluent German; strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office; knowledge of HubSpot, Canva, CMS or social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns for the DACH market (email, webinars, social media, website updates).
• Support event logistics for trade shows and partner events.
• Localize sales/marketing materials for German-speaking markets with EMEA.
• Proofread German translations for DE/AT/CH markets.
• Track campaign results and prepare simple KPI reports.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support our marketing activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). You will work closely with the local sales team and the EMEA marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in B2B and channel marketing in an international environment. This is a 12 month temporary position, full-time, remote with travels for events or customer vistis up to 20% of the schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns for the DACH market, including email communications, webinars, social media and website updates
• Help organise events, trade shows and Partner events, including logistics, supplier coordination and preparation of materials
• Assist in localising sales and marketing materials for the German-speaking market, such as case studies, presentations and brochures, in coordination with the EMEA marketing team
• Proofread and review German translations, ensuring they fit the German, Austrian and Swiss markets
• Track campaign results and prepare simple reports on marketing KPIs
• Support the Distributors, the Partner and our channel programs with day-to-day administrative and communication tasks
• Work with external agencies and internal colleagues on content creation

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field,
• Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in solar industry or technical fields
• German mother tongue and very good English skills, written and spoken. Any other language is a plus
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
• Good writing skills and an interest in data and digital marketing
• Confident use of MS Office; first experience with HubSpot, Canva, CMS, Social Media is a plus
