Zusammenfassung

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Marketing Communications (Marcom) Representative to support field marketing execution across Germany and EMEA, with a primary focus on customer events, tradeshows, seminars, and conferences.

You will plan and execute events, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, ensure attendee experience, and track performance, collaborating closely with sales and marketing to drive engagement and measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing communications, or event management.
• Proven experience managing customer events, seminars, or tradeshows with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Hybrid position (2 days remote work is possible).

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute customer-facing events, including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, workshops, and other field marketing activities.
• Lead event project management, including timeline tracking, deliverables, stakeholder coordination among vendors, event organizer, and Keysight team, budget follow-up, and performance reporting.
• Manage event cost breakdowns, purchase orders, invoices, and overall budget tracking within approved allocations.
• Deliver a memorable and high-quality attendee and customer experience before, during, and after events.
• Support event-related digital promotions including email, web, registration, and social media tactic.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and measurable business impact.
