The Role

The Marine Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and supervising marine construction activities, with particular focus on:

• Barge operations
• Crane and heavy lifting activities from barges
• Barge shifting and positioning
• Marine concrete works
• Coordination of marine crews, plant and equipment
• Planning and execution of daily marine activities
• Ensuring operations are carried out safely and efficiently
• Coordination with the wider construction and project management teams

About You

We are looking for a practical, hands-on Marine Superintendent with significant experience delivering marine construction works. Previous experience working with barges, barge-mounted cranes, heavy lifting and marine concrete operations is particularly important. Experience working for major marine contractors on complex international projects would be highly advantageous.
