• Coordinate project activities with the Construction Manager.

Delivery Team Consultant at TRS Staffing Solutions

The scope of the Lead Marine Coordinator ("Lead MC") is to lead the daily coordination of activities on site, as managed operationally by the Marine Coordinators on duty, and to lead the Marine Coordination Centre.

Location:

• Hybrid – Hamburg/Germany

Responsibilities:

• Daily management and hosting of the sessions of the Construction Readiness process for the individual Contractors bringing vessels to Site
• Management of the accommodation jack-up barges and the interface with the OSS commissioning organization on NSC side (subject to qualifications)
• Assistance with drafting of documentation for the BSH (subject to qualifications)
• Execution of vessel visits and performance of NSC Onboarding meetings, as well as support towards vessel crew with the usage of radios provided by the Employer
• Maintenance and updating of the Marine Coordination Procedure
• Review of documentation from T&I contractors via the NSC Aconex Document System
• Assistance with tenders as required
• Covering for the Construction Manager during vacation (Construction Manager in turn covers for the Lead MC during the Lead MC’s vacation)
• Project coordination with the Construction Manager

Requirements:

• Professional understanding of both English and German language
• A proven track record of project experience across the offshore wind industry
• At least 5+ years of previous marine coordination experience or experience within similar positions
• Previous team-management experience is preferred
