Job summary

Thermo Sensor GmbH in Werne is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee a 40-person production area. You will ensure products meet quality standards, deadlines, and cost targets while driving Lean improvements.

You will plan capacity proactively, implement Kanban and CIP methods, and develop your team to maintain a high-performing, motivated workforce at our state-of-the-art facility in Werne.

Qualifications

• Master craftsman or technician qualification or comparable specialist training.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Leadership experience preferred (ideally).
• Strong communication, team spirit, and organizational talent.
• Structured, reliable work ethic with high self-motivation and commitment.

Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of a manufacturing process with about 40 employees.
• Ensure products are manufactured to high quality standards, on time and cost-effectively.
• Continuously optimize processes and implement Lean methods, Kanban, CIP, and other improvements.
• Be responsible for productivity and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage capacities proactively and flexibly.
