Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Germany seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for Jigs & Tools in composites. You will industrialize assets, design tooling per ME requirements, and ensure integration within the industrial system while supporting procurement and CapEx/OpEx planning.

The role requires a degree in Aeronautical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience with composite tooling. Proficiency in CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE and fluent English are essential.

• Experience with manufacturing fixtures and composite materials.
• Proficient in CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Industrialize Jigs and Tools assets from creation to handover to Operations Management.
• Design or specify Jigs and Tools per ME Process Engineer and Operations requirements.
• Integrate Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Environment, Security, and Export Control into specs.
• Support procurement through technical specifications for tenders.
• Assist CapEx/OpEx dossiers with relevant financial data.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
