Diconium invites a senior manager to lead transformation and strategy initiatives across mobility, automotive, and other sectors. You will develop strategic roadmaps, oversee AI-, data-, and software-driven change programmes, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

You will craft analyses and briefs for C‑level executives, shaping large-scale client engagements. You will apply data-driven insights to improve efficiency, drive outcomes, and grow the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Background: degree with above-average grades, ideally in business, engineering or IT.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in management consultancy, mobility/automotive, or strategy/digital/transformation roles.
• Experience managing complex projects and leading teams.

At the same time, you will be responsible for projects in other industries and will develop digital strategies that enable company-wide change. Your work will influence decisions at senior management level.

Your role with us

You will manage projects from start to finish, taking responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality and stakeholder management. You will develop strategic visions, transformation architectures and roadmaps. You will lead and develop project teams and support the professional development of our talent. You will produce in-depth analyses, business cases and decision‑making briefs for C‑level executives. You will apply AI and data‑driven solutions at a conceptual level to enhance efficiency, quality and business impact. You will develop new consulting approaches, methodologies and thought leadership content. You will actively support business development and new business acquisition processes.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Background: A degree with above‑average grades – ideally with a specialisation in business, engineering or IT. At least 6–8 years’ relevant professional experience in an established management consultancy, within the mobility/automotive sector, or in a strategy, digital or transformation role within a company, including several years managing complex projects. Experience in management, strategy or transformation roles, as well as in leading project teams.
