Diconium seeks a senior manager to lead challenging client projects in mobility and automotive sectors, developing strategic roadmaps and overseeing transformations with lasting impact. You will lead teams, develop talent, and ensure project quality, financial results, and strong client relationships.

You will shape digital strategies across industries, influence senior leadership, and contribute to business development while guiding AI- and data-driven initiatives at a conceptual level.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with above-average grades, ideally in business, engineering or IT.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in an established management consultancy or strategy/digital/transformation roles.
• Experience in management, strategy or transformation and leading project teams.

As a manager, you will lead challenging client projects, develop strategic roadmaps and oversee the implementation of transformations that have a lasting impact on organisations. At the same time, you will be responsible for projects in other industries and will develop digital strategies that enable company-wide change. Your work will influence decisions at senior management level.

• You will manage projects from start to finish, taking responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality and stakeholder management.

What You Bring Along

Your background

• A degree with above-average grades – ideally with a specialisation in business, engineering or IT.
• At least 6–8 years’ relevant professional experience in an established management consultancy, within the mobility/automotive sector, or in a strategy, digital or transformation role within a company, including several years managing complex projects.
• Experience in management, strategy or transformation roles, as well as in leading project teams.

You have a strong grasp of several of the following subject areas at a conceptual and strategic level:

• Development of digital business models and corporate strategies
• Change and transformation management, as well as (agile) organisational development
• Improving the efficiency of processes and value creation structures
• Data transformation and data-driven decision-making models
• IT transformation, CIO advisory & technology architectures at a conceptual level
• Future sales & aftersales, digital customer experiences & platform approaches
• Conceptual application of AI and data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, quality and business impact
