Diconium is seeking an experienced manager to lead transformation and strategy initiatives across mobility, automotive, and other sectors. You will guide projects from start to finish, shape strategic roadmaps, and mentor teams while delivering value through AI, data, and software-driven change.

Based in Hamburg with a hybrid work model, you will interact with C-level stakeholders and drive business impact while expanding client relationships and developing new approaches.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with above-average grades in business, engineering or IT.
• 6–8+ years in management consulting or strategy/transformation roles.
• Experience leading complex projects and teams, with client-facing responsibilities.

As a manager, you will lead challenging client projects, develop strategic roadmaps and oversee the implementation of transformations that have a lasting impact on organisations. At the same time, you will be responsible for projects in other industries and will develop digital strategies that enable company-wide change. Your work will influence decisions at senior management level.

• You will manage projects from start to finish, taking responsibility for timelines, budgets, quality and stakeholder management.
• You will develop strategic visions, transformation architectures and roadmaps.
• You will lead and develop project teams and support the professional development of our talent.
• You will produce in-depth analyses, business cases and decision-making briefs for C-level executives.
• You will apply AI and data-driven solutions at a conceptual level to enhance efficiency, quality and business impact.
• You will develop new consulting approaches, methodologies and thought leadership content.
• You will actively support business development and new business acquisition processes.

What You Bring Along

Your background

• A degree with above-average grades – ideally with a specialisation in business, engineering or IT.
• At least 6–8 years’ relevant professional experience in an established management consultancy, within the mobility/automotive sector, or in a strategy, digital or transformation role within a company, including several years managing complex projects.
• Experience in management, strategy or transformation roles, as well as in leading project teams.

You have a strong grasp of several of the following subject areas at a conceptual and strategic level:

• Development of digital business models and corporate strategies
• Change and transformation management, as well as (agile) organisational development
• Improving the efficiency of processes and value creation structures
• Data transformation and data-driven decision-making models
• IT transformation, CIO advisory & technology architectures at a conceptual level
• Future sales & aftersales, digital customer experiences & platform approaches
• Conceptual application of AI and data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, quality and business impact
