Zusammenfassung

KION Group is seeking a PMO Manager (f/m/d) at its Frankfurt headquarters. You will own PMO services end-to-end, shaping governance, reporting structures and risk management for large international projects.

Your role involves advising senior leaders, coaching teams and ensuring top-quality PMO documentation and collaboration using SharePoint, JIRA and Power BI. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PMO or transformation roles, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, transformation management or related project delivery roles in large-scale projects in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English; German and project management certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Take end-to-end ownership of one or more PMO services (e.g. Resource Management) ensuring effective delivery, continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
• Define, maintain and evolve PMO standards, governance frameworks, reporting structures and project management methodologies to support successful project delivery.
• Provide transparency on project performance by identifying risks, dependencies and critical issues early, assessing their impact and enabling informed decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to project leaders, stream leaders and senior stakeholders, supporting planning, monitoring, controlling and the resolution of complex project challenges.
• Coach and enable project teams through training, onboarding, workshops and guidance on project management best practices, tools and governance processes.
• Ensure high-quality project documentation, knowledge management and collaboration environments, leveraging tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, Power BI and MS Project.

• You bring 5+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, transformation management or related project delivery roles in large-scale projects in an international environment.
• You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You combine a structured and self-driven way of working with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• You have hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• You are fluent in English; German and project management certifications are a plus.
