sfm medical devices GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft für den Bereich Operations. Sie berichten direkt an den Head of Operations und koordinieren tägliche Abläufe, steuern Teilprojekte und nehmen an internen Meetings teil.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, mehrjährige Erfahrung in Lean Management und eine starke Affinität zu Digitalisierung. Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Deutsch/Englisch runden Ihr Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industrie-, Maschinenbau oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Operations-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Lean Management.
• Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen und Industry 4.0.
• Exzellente MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SAP S/4HANA-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Strategische und operative Schnittstelle direkt an den Head of Operations.
• Überwachung und Koordination der täglichen Operations-Aktivitäten.
• Verantwortung für ausgewählte Teilprojekte.
• Teilnahme an internen Meetings.
• Bearbeitung von Change Requests und CAPAs.
• Definition und Monitoring relevanter KPIs.

Job description

Strategic and operational interface reporting directly to the Head of Operations

Monitoring and coordination of daily operations activities

Ownership of selected sub‑projects

Participation in various internal meetings

Handling of change requests and CAPAs

Definition and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your Profile:

Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in an operations environment, including solid knowledge of Lean Management

Strong affinity for digitalization topics and Industry 4.0

Excellent MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
