Zusammenfassung

OMMAX in Munich is looking for a senior strategy consultant to shape digital transformations across industries. You will lead end-to-end strategy, transformation, and implementation engagements, advising senior stakeholders on growth, go-to-market, cost reduction, and operating models.

The role requires coordination of cross-functional teams and close client collaboration to ensure delivery across business, processes, technology, data, and AI.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, economics, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategy, transformation or digital projects.
• Experience leading strategy and transformation from strategy to implementation.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• You lead end-to-end strategy, transformation, and implementation engagements for clients across industries and business functions.
• You advise senior stakeholders on growth, go-to-market, commercial and customer strategy, cost reduction, process optimization, and operating models.
• You lead project teams and workstreams and manage planning, governance, budgets, timelines, quality, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
• You structure complex challenges, lead research and business analysis, and turn findings into management decisions, initiatives, business cases, KPIs, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• You lead AI strategy and transformation work, including opportunity assessments, use-case prioritization, governance, capabilities, and implementation roadmaps.
• You lead workshops, meetings, and process development across internal and external projects.
• You act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, support pitches and client projects, and ensure clear communication, reporting, presentations, decision documents, and decision-making.
• You coordinate internal experts across functions and ensure integrated delivery across business, organization, processes, technology, data, and AI.
• You build and develop consulting teams, coach team members, and support their professional development.
• You drive business development, proposals, client relationships, and new business opportunities.

What we require:

• You hold an excellent university degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, strategy, transformation, digital, AI, or a related field.
• You have a strong track record of leading strategy and transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
• You have experience advising senior stakeholders and managing complex programs, teams, and client relationships.
• You understand digital technologies and AI and their impact on businesses, business models, and operating models.
• You ideally bring experience in growth, go-to-market, commercial strategy, cost reduction, process optimization, or operating models.
• You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with sound commercial judgment and a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset.
• You have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and communicate confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
• You are entrepreneurial, client-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to create impact for both clients and OMMAX.
• You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
