Zusammenfassung

OMMAX sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die digitale Strategien im Automobilsektor gestaltet und umsetzt. Sie leiten interne und externe Strategieprojekte, planen Digital Marketing- und KI-Strategien und steuern Budgets sowie Ressourcen.

Sie führen Pitches, koordinieren Stakeholder-Kommunikation und fördern die Entwicklung des Teams. Die Position bietet ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell in einem internationalen Umfeld und spannende Branchen-Projekte.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in BWL, Economics, CS, automotive engineering oder vergleichbar.
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Digitalstrategie oder Digital Marketing in der Automobilbranche.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, technisches Interesse und kreative Denkweise.
• Sehr gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse; sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools.
• Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Kundenfokussiert, teamorientiert, eigenmotiviert und leidenschaftlich.
• Fließendes Englisch; weitere lokale Sprachen von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Strategie- und DigitalMarketing-Projekte planen, steuern und umsetzen.
• Workshops, Meetings, Recherchen, Business-Analysen und Prozessentwicklung.
• Kundenpitches führen und Projekte vom Angebot bis zur Nachbereitung unterstützen.
• Ansprechpartner für Stakeholder intern/extern, Kommunikation koordinieren.
• Projekte budget- und zeitgerecht ausrichten.
• Beiträge zu Kundenberichten liefern.
• Über Abteilungen hinweg mit Kollegen zusammenarbeiten.
• Teammitglieder betreuen und Karriereentwicklung unterstützen.

• You lead internal and external strategy projects in the automotive industry as a Manager and Project Lead, from planning and implementation to monitoring and review.
• You lead the strategic planning and implementation of digital marketing and AI strategies for national and international automotive clients, aligned with their overall strategy.
• You manage workshops, meetings, research, business analysis, and process development for internal and external projects.
• You take the lead on customer pitches and projects and support management from preparation through follow-up.
• You are the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate communication, and support decision‑making.
• You ensure that projects stay on budget, on schedule, and aligned with customer needs.
• You contribute to customer reports.
• You collaborate across functions with colleagues from different departments.
• You mentor team members and support their career development.
• You support new business development in the automotive industry by contributing to pitches and identifying opportunities.

What we require:

• You hold an excellent university degree in business administration, economics, computer science, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• You have at least four years of relevant professional experience in digital strategy or digital marketing in the automotive industry; additional qualifications are a plus.
• You have strong analytical skills, a strong interest in technology, and a creative, conceptual mindset.
• You have very good Excel and PowerPoint skills and are comfortable using AI tools.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are client-focused, communicative, and a team player, with strong self‑motivation and passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
