Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Leader for a dynamic shift-based team in Germany. The role requires steering a group of leaders, analysts, and a support staff to sustain high service levels and customer satisfaction.

You will implement productivity strategies and ensure KPI targets are met, while creating and maintaining SOPs and training materials. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• 2-3 years of operational knowledge in E-commerce or warehousing.
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Total 2-3 years of operational knowledge in E-commerce or warehousing.
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or a related field, preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent in the English language.
• Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
• Must be proficient with word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (Excel), and presentation (PowerPoint) software programs.
• Solid organizational skills to give the team direction.
