Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the financial, operational and people aspects of multiple accounts in Germany.

You will drive profitable retention and growth, ensure goals across finance, safety and customer satisfaction, and develop teams while optimizing staffing and performance with ongoing feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports.
• 3+ years in logistics solutions and project management.
• Knowledge of truck brokerage and RD/Logistics/Transportation.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to manage customer KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or 2 years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field
• 5+ years in managing, leading and developing direct reports
• 3+ years in developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management skills
• Knowledge of truck brokerage, RD/Logistics/Transportation
• Advanced computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Experience in Profit & Loss responsibility and customer KPIs management
