Mondelēz International in Bremen seeks an experienced leader to drive end-to-end business planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) execution, owning key planning assumptions and guiding a high-performing team of five.

You will lead StratPlan and annual target processes, build cross-functional partnerships, monitor opportunities and risks, run monthly IBP meetings, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. Fluency in German and English is required.

• Run monthly IBP meetings to ensure monthly delivery

• Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead and coach cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making
