Revenue, Volume, customer profitability etc.) for dedicated customers in respective categoryDevelop sales strategy for dedicated customer derived from customer strategy and building on Mondelez category strategySuccessfully negotiate annual agreements with customer as well as short-term initiatives in line with budgetsLead and develop team with Key Account ManagerManage internal representation in category alignments for Chocolate/Biscuit/Meals to streamline trade/customer/Channel requirement for the internal stakeholders in the relevant categoryEnsure achievements of sales KPI’s (assortment, promotions, distribution (TDP), shelf space and appearance)Manage agreements for coordinated cross category activities based on specific customers and business strategies and marketing programs to achieve annual targets.Establish/maintain strong customer contacts with relevant customer functions (purchasers, sales, marketing, logistics). Ensure best in class cooperation at central level.Manage optimal interaction between national and regional accounts. Manage best practice exchange within national customer teams.Support the Regional Key Account Manager by developing and implementing local business strategies and activities.Strong entrepreneurial mindset, own initiative and results orientation with clear P&L responsibilityProven track record in independently leading annual negotiations and conditions agreements at buyer/decision-maker levelActively drive and co-develop Joint Forecasting processes in close collaboration with the customer and internal Supply Chain/Demand Planning teamsDerive data-driven recommendations from market, panel and inventory data to ensure product availability and optimize forecast qualityIndependently develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with strategic perspective beyond day-to-day businessIdentify and capitalize on growth opportunities through strategic upselling and cross-sellingWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Proven work experience, several years of Key Account management or equivalent in sales functionProfound overall knowledge and understanding of all relevant sales aspects & German TradeNegotiation skills to achieve beneficial customer agreements in line with mandate and budgetsStrategic thinking to connect all internal dots with external customer requirementsStrong analytic skillsCross-functional background: Trade Marketing, Category Management, Supply ChainStrong expertise in the German commercial landscape, particularly in indirect go-to-market / two-tier trade structuresExcellent communication skills in English and GermanDriving licence BWe particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities.
