BCG Platinion in Germany is seeking a senior AI Transformation Consultant to shape enterprise AI architectures and lead large-scale transformation programs across clients worldwide.

You will design scalable AI/data/cloud architectures, define AI strategies and operating models, oversee proof-of-concepts to production, mentor teams, and partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or related field with above-average grades.
• At least six years of consulting experience focusing on AI, cloud tech, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems and integration into enterprise architectures.
• Proven experience leading project teams and end-to-end delivery with client stakeholders.
• Strong resource planning and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex requirements to executives.
• Fluency in German and English.

• You design scalable AI, data, and cloud architectures for complex enterprise environments

• You lead the development and scaling of modern AI solutions—from Generative AI and Agentic AI to autonomous business processes
• You oversee proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and AI transformation initiatives through to successful production deployment

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field with above-average academic performance
• You have at least six years of relevant professional experience in consulting, with a focus on AI, cloud technologies, or software engineering
• You have strong hands-on experience with AI systems, such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms, and understand how to integrate them into enterprise architectures
• You have proven experience leading project teams and taking end-to-end delivery responsibility, including collaboration with client-side stakeholders
• You are experienced in effective resource planning and motivating, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership
• You are fluent in both German and English and can confidently communicate complex concepts in both languages
