BCG Platinion is seeking a senior AI transformation leader in Berlin to drive complex AI programs from concept to production deployment. You will design scalable AI, data, and cloud architectures for large enterprise environments and define strategies enabling sustainable AI adoption across client organizations.

You will lead teams, manage end-to-end delivery, and mentor colleagues while coordinating with executive stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering or related field.
• Six+ years of consulting experience with emphasis on AI, cloud tech, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLMs, agents, ML platforms) and enterprise integration.

• You lead complex AI transformation initiatives and take responsibility for programs or large workstreams to successfully drive AI adoption
• You design scalable AI, data, and cloud architectures for complex enterprise environments
• You define AI strategies, target architectures, and operating models to enable the sustainable adoption of artificial intelligence
• You lead the development and scaling of modern AI solutions—from Generative AI and Agentic AI to autonomous business processes
• You oversee proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and AI transformation initiatives through to successful production deployment
• You develop target visions, roadmaps, and transformation strategies for the adoption and scaling of AI
• You advise clients on complex technology and transformation decisions related to AI
• You coach and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements

This Is How You Can Make a Difference

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field with above-average academic performance
• You have at least six years of relevant professional experience in consulting, with a focus on AI, cloud technologies, or software engineering
• You have strong hands-on experience with AI systems, such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms, and understand how to integrate them into enterprise architectures
• You have proven experience leading project teams and taking end-to-end delivery responsibility, including collaboration with client-side stakeholders
• You are experienced in effective resource planning and motivating, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership
• You are fluent in both German and English and can confidently communicate complex concepts in both languages
