BCG Platinion is accelerating AI-driven change for leading organizations in Köln and beyond. The role focuses on shaping architectures, platforms, and operating models that translate enterprise knowledge into scalable business impact.

You will lead end-to-end AI programs, drive adoption of Generative AI and AI agents, and oversee pilots through to production deployment. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and bilingual communication are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field with above-average academic performance.
• You have strong hands-on experience with AI systems, such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms, and understand how to integrate them into enterprise architectures.
• You have proven experience leading project teams and taking end-to-end delivery responsibility, including collaboration with client-side stakeholders.

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field with above-average academic performance
• You have at least six years of relevant professional experience in consulting, with a focus on AI, cloud technologies, or software engineering
• You have strong hands-on experience with AI systems, such as LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms, and understand how to integrate them into enterprise architectures
• You have proven experience leading project teams and taking end-to-end delivery responsibility, including collaboration with client-side stakeholders
• You are experienced in effective resource planning and motivating, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership
• You are fluent in both German and English and can confidently communicate complex concepts in both languages
