Zusammenfassung

MediaMarktSaturn is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive complex data, AI and transformation initiatives across Europe. You will own the business case, roadmap and governance, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate partners to deliver end-to-end data concepts.

In this hybrid role, you’ll define data models, set quality standards and KPIs, steer the AI automation agenda, and ensure alignment with the PIM and broader data ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience managing complex data, AI or transformation programs.
• Experience in product data, master data management, PIM or related data-intensive processes.
• Good understanding of agentic AI, process automation and human-in-the-loop governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
• Strong project, stakeholder and external partner management skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience in business cases and value realization.
• Structured, pragmatic and outcome-oriented working style.
• Fluent English; German and retail or e-commerce experience are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the program from target design and pilot through implementation and international rollout.
• Functionally steer the cross-functional project team and coordinate business, Data & AI, Technology, GBS, countries and external partners.
• Own the business case, roadmap, governance and value tracking.
• Define the end-to-end product data model, process standards and ownership principles.
• Drive the agentic AI roadmap, including automation, AI agents, human oversight and exception management.
• Establish product data quality standards, KPIs and monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with the PIM, AI platform and wider data ecosystem.
• Manage milestones, budget, dependencies, risks and senior stakeholder communication.
