MediaMarktSaturn Plattform Services GmbH in Ingolstadt seeks a seasoned Manager to lead an AI-driven product data operating model. You will steer cross-functional teams across Data, AI, Technology and business units to roll out standardized data activities at scale.

The role requires several years of experience in data-driven transformation, strong stakeholder management, and a commercial mindset to realize value across MMS markets.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience managing complex data, AI or transformation programs.
• Experience in product data, master data management, PIM or related data-intensive processes.
• Good understanding of agentic AI, process automation and human-in-the-loop governance.

• Lead the program from target design and pilot through implementation and international rollout.
• Functionally steer the cross-functional project team and coordinate business, Data & AI, Technology, GBS, countries and external partners.
• Own the business case, roadmap, governance and value tracking.
• Define the end-to-end product data model, process standards and ownership principles.
• Drive the agentic AI roadmap, including automation, AI agents, human oversight and exception management.
• Establish product data quality standards, KPIs and monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with the PIM, AI platform and wider data ecosystem.
• Manage milestones, budget, dependencies, risks and senior stakeholder communication.

Your Tasks

The Manager Agentic AI & Product Data Factory leads the development and rollout of a centralized, AI-driven product data operating model across MMS markets. The role functionally steers a cross-functional project team and drives an agentic operating model in which AI agents perform standardized product data activities at scale, while people focus on governance, quality and exception management.

• Lead the program from target design and pilot through implementation and international rollout
• Functionally steer the cross-functional project team and coordinate business, Data & AI, Technology, GBS, countries and external partners
• Own the business case, roadmap, governance and value tracking
• Define the end-to-end product data model, process standards and ownership principles
• Drive the agentic AI roadmap, including automation, AI agents, human oversight and exception management

Your Profile

• Several years of experience managing complex data, AI or transformation programs

• Good understanding of agentic AI, process automation and human-in-the-loop governance
• Proven ability to functionally lead cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
• Strong project, stakeholder and external partner management skills
• Commercial mindset with experience in business cases and value realization
• Structured, pragmatic and outcome-oriented working style
• Fluent English; German and retail or e-commerce experience are an advantage
